An exploration of materials featuring negative space canvas paintings that were created using cardboard stencils. The stencils were preserved and later repurposed to create freestanding + wallhanging sculptures. This series evolved after years of employing the same techniques in my metal and canvas paintings and is being explored further in the creation of jewelry.
